Yes. We screen guests based on booking platform requirements, profile history, verification levels, prior reviews and any other criteria you prefer we use.
We own a company called CleanCorps. These cleaners work for us and are very good at what they do. Highly professional and seasoned professional cleaners who follow detailed checklists. Each property is inspected after every stay by a separate inspector. For maintenance, we use internal resources when possible, but if not possible, then we use licensed, vetted vendors and notify you immediately if anything major comes up.

Our goal is to ensure that you are left unbothered by the entire experience (unless you manage your own bookings and then you might have some interaction since the platforms limit interaction to directly between you and the guest).
